The cross-country ski trail on Merano 2000 guarantees enjoyable cross-country skiing on a circuit at an altitude of 1,609 metres.
The trail starts at the valley station of the Falzeben cable car and leads over 3 km through the snow-covered winter forest of the high plateau.
The moderate level of difficulty and the marvellous climatic conditions on Merano 2000 make the trail in Falzeben an ideal circuit for beginners, children and leisure cross-country skiers. The trail is suitable for both skating and classic cross-country skiing.

With skins on your skis, you climb along the hiking trail to the little church of St. Oswald in the midst of a fantastic winter landscape. You reach the Kuhleiten hut via open terrain, where you are rewarded with a breathtaking view and typical South Tyrolean hospitality.
