
Culinary highlights
• Tasty lunch buffet with seasonal salads and fresh dressings, delicious appetizers, soups, Mediterranean dishes prepared by our chefs in the open kitchen, small pastries, desserts, and cakes by the expert hand of our pastry chef Helmuth Oberkalmsteiner also winner of the TV show "Das große Backen ".
• A 5 to 7 course gourmet menu for dinner. In the evening you will choose, according to your tastes, between variations of South Tyrolean and Italian dishes from our à la carte menu. On the buffet you will find seasonal salads, a selection of raw vegetables and appetizers and a selection of cheeses from local farmers.
