Delicious lunch brunch to enjoy - with a dish freshly cooked in the show kitchen, crisp salads and fresh dressings, delicious antipasti and spicy soups. Followed by a variety of pastries, desserts and cakes from the master hands of our patissiers.
À la carte dinner with a choice of gourmet menu, traditional menu and vegan menu. In the evening, choose à la carte from variations of South Tyrolean and Italian dishes to your heart's content. With daily seasonal and rich salad buffet, raw vegetable and antipasti selection and cheese assortment from local farmers.
