- The listed prices are per person, per day and include the Mirabell's pampering-board. (Children's soft drinks to the evening dinner included. Extra supplement for adult menu: 15.00 €)

- Since the 1st July 2020 and according to law, it is no longer allowed to pay amounts of more than 1.999.00 € in cash. The following payment methods are, however, possible: debit cards, credit cards, bank transfer and American Express. We don't accept Diners Club credit cards.
- Cancellation: Please inform us in advance if you need to cancel your holiday. For cancellations of up to 30 days before arrival, no cancellation fees will be incurred. In case of later notification of cancellation, we will have to invoice for 3 days (based on the current price list and booking period). Should the cancellation be made in the last 7 days before arrival, and in accordance to Italian law, the full amount will be charged. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing. These cancellation conditions are applicable regardless of whether the cancelled rooms can be fully or partially let to further parties. The same applies in the case of early departure. The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated! We will gladly provide information on holiday cancellation insurance.
- Unfortunately, something can always come up that spoils your plans. We therefore recommend our travel cancellation insurance: The insurance covers all cases and costs of cancellation by accident, illness or case of death of policyholders, children, parents or grandparents (of course, we require written confirmation). The insurance must be signed at the booking of the room and has a cost of 3% of the total amount. Please inform us if you wish to take advantage of this additional guarantee.

- For your lovely dog we charge you without fodder € 30,00 per night. Please bring your own dog blanket and dog basket.
We’d like to inform you that your dog is unfortunately not allowed in our rooms with carpet, in the Spa area, in the garden and in the restaurant area.
In our new beautiful Mountain Blue Bar, you can also have breakfast and dinner with your dog. Your lovely dog is very welcome in our Mountain suites and also in the new Chalet and family suites.
For walks, you’ll find directly next to the hotel, the beautiful forest with a lot of possibilities to take your dog out.
