- The prices indicated for adults and children are quoted per person per day, including gourmet ¾ board (including drinks for children from the dinner buffet).
- We cannot guarantee the booking of special rooms and floors.
- In the event you do not dine at dinnertime and advise us beforehand in time, we will credit your bill with 6 euro for each adult.
- Your room is available starting from approximately 2 p.m.; departure must take place by 11 a.m. at the latest.
- On request, with a charge of € 25, you can keep your room until 1 p.m. on the day of departure.
- Occupation of the rooms as single rooms is foreseen on request
- Payments must be made in cash, with an ATM card or a credit card. Please note that according to Legislative Decree No. 201/2011 we can't accept more than € 999.00 in cash.
- All of our rooms and suites are non-smoker rooms!
- Your booking is valid after we send the confirmation to you by letter, fax or e-mail and/or when we have confirmed it in writing.
- Cancellations:
Please inform us in time if you must cancel your vacation. No penalty will be charged in the event of cancellation, if we are advised 30 days prior to your departure. We will charge 3 days in the event we are not advised of the cancellation in a timely manner (price according to the price list and period of booking). - If we are advised of the cancellation during the last 7 days prior to your arrival, the entire amount will be charged, in accordance with Italian law.
- We must be advised of the cancellation exclusively in writing. The conditions for cancellation are independent of the fact that the room cancelled is entirely or partially re-booked.
- The same is also true in the event of advance arrival. We will be pleased to provide you with information on the stipulation of an insurance policy against cancellation of your trip.
- It is always possible that something could occur prior to your departure. With our insurance policy against cancellation of the trip, you are protected from the financial standpoint. If you start your stay at our hotel late with respect to the date booked, if you have to cancel or interrupt your vacation in advance, in accordance with EU norms, a penalty for cancellation may be charged. In order to avoid any expense in cases of this type, we advise you to stipulate this insurance policy against cancellation of the trip. In this case, the expenses will be defrayed entirely by the insurance company “Europäische Reiseversicherung”.
- For this reason, we advise:
- Dogs may be accepted only on agreement (access by dogs to the dining hall, common areas and lawns with lawn chairs is prohibited) Any damages caused to the furnishings will be the responsibility of the owner of the dog. (For any final cleaning, we charge € 25). The cost per day, excluding meals, is € 12.
- Please understand that pets are not admitted in the Chalet-Suites!
- Occupation of the rooms as single rooms is foreseen on request
- All of the prices and indications have been carefully checked several times. Nevertheless, there may be printing errors, misunderstandings and variations. In the event the indications on the price shown in the written confirmation of the booking differ from the current list prices, the prices and general contract conditions of the current price list are always applied.
- There is a surcharge of 10% for stays of less than 4 days.
- Free guest card for discounts in infrastructures in Merano and the surrounding area.
