In the classical Finnish sauna the air is very hot (70° - 100° C) and dry. After getting heated up, you need to cool down, preferably with cold water and a relaxing stopover on the open-air veranda or in the snow. The Finnish sauna provides pleasant relaxation.Steam bath with phototherapy and aromatherapy:
