Important points to note – the small print:

• • The prices indicated for adults are per person and day, including special 3/4-board package.
  • The prices indicated for children are per child and day, all-inclusive.
  • Your room will be available from around 2 pm on the day of arrival. You are asked to vacate it no later than 10:30 am on your day of departure.
  • You may use your room up to 1 pm on your day of departure if you wish, subject to a supplement of €25.
  • All our rooms and suites are non-smoking.
  • We charge a supplement of 10% for stays of fewer than four days.
  • Dogs are admitted subject to prior special arrangement only (no dogs in the dining areas, lounges or sun terraces). Dog owners are liable for any damage caused by their animal. (We charge a supplement of €25 for any final cleaning that might be required) We make a daily charge of €9 (pet food not included).
  • Your reservation is valid once it has been confirmed by you in writing by letter, fax or e-mail and/or acknowledged by us in writing.
  • Cancellations: Please inform is in good time if you need to cancel your stay. No charge is made for cancellations made up to 30 days before the date of arrival. Cancellations made after this time are subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to three days of your stay (as per price list and length of booking). If you cancel within seven days of arrival, Italian law stipulates that you be billed for one full week. The cancellation terms apply regardless of whether the cancelled booking can be reassigned, in whole or in part, to another guest.
  • The same conditions apply to early departures. We will be pleased to inform you of travel cancellation insurance.

  • Individual occupation of rooms available on application.
  • You can pay your bill in cash or by EC card or credit card.
  • The dimensions of each room are easy to see in the diagrams.
  • Final cleaning (if required in the case of use of the kitchen) is subject to a surcharge of €25.
  • All prices and other information have been carefully checked several times. We nevertheless cannot be responsible for possible printing errors, inaccuracies or amendments.
  • In the event of any discrepancy between the current price list and the rate quoted in the written booking confirmation, the rates shown in the latest edition of our general terms and conditions of business shall apply (see brochure).
  • Packages: Our all-in package rates only apply to bookings of one week, and only if arrival and departure both take place on a Saturday or Sunday. Only guests who book an all-in week have free access to the extra services offered. Otherwise we shall be entitled to make a surcharge for services provided.
